[Resolved] Additional member

I installed the additional member: platinum status, except i changed it to "creative team" and everything works fine, except the index_whosonline isnt showing the members as bold.

The members that are set as creative team arent showing up bold, is that makes sense, and i can't figure the problem.

The resolution to this depends on how you answer this question. In your profile you indicate your board as being 1.9.5 but yet you're posting in the 1.9.8 forums. What is your board version?

ohh that in my profile was to test if i could download any of the hacks, my xmb version im not actually sure of, because i didn't install the board. I know it may seem irresponsible of me, but is there a way i can check my board version?

in the one i downloaded from xmbhacks.org, there was no required editing for the index.php file, the files to be edited on the install are;

Affected Files: cp.php, cp2.php, faq.php, member.php, misc.php, viewthread.php, include/functions.inc.php, lang/English.lang.php

Affected Templates: css, index_whosonline

The version from xmbhacks.org is for 1.9.8 which relies on css for the formatting.

I believe 1.9.6 is processed in index.php.

Try installing an older version of the hack.

Yeah and I have had to fix a lot of there so-called updated hacks. And as I told another user who downloaded hacks from there, if you download from there then it's best to get support from there. I'm only going to support hacks that I provide. So I suggest you download the one from here and install it instead if you want the hack to work. Think about this...If the hack is supposed to affect the INDEX_whosonline display then it's only logical to reason that there has to be changes made to the index.php file.

Not 100% true.

The later versions use css to process the text display.
