So I went to make a request for a few hacks that I always mess up and don't want to risk installing over and over in case I break something; but it
says I already have them installed and to choose another.
Thing is, my board was hacked so I had to start over therefore I don't have the hacks installed now. Is there any way I could have my previous
requests reset or any way I can request installation by choosing something else from the list but specifying in the "extra comments" part that I
actually want a different hack from the one I chose on the list?

Hang in there for a bit. We've been making some changes in the system and one is to prevent people from making repeated requests when a hack has
already been installed. We're now changing the system again to rectify the situation you're in now. We should have this done tonight or tomorrow.

Well after 4 years of doing this I have gotten tired of all the repeat requests and felt something had to be done even though people can view their
hack records via the Requests link in their Preferences. But obviously not everyone utilizes this feature. So Guldan and I discussed this last night
and then we got sidetracked on another support problem. So when we get that one out of the way I'll get us on this issue as well as some other
enhancements that need to be implemented into the system. So hang tight while we get this together. Hopefully it won't be too long.

re-install. That should allow you to submit the request.
