Some people have had problems in the past where they cannot add, delete or edit any smiles. They will simply get a "Smilie already exists!" error. I
have made a tool that will fix this error. Upload the attached file and select your smilies table from the drop down box and hit Restore Table. It
will make a backup of your table and delete the original then recreate the table and delete the backup. No data will be lost. We have found recreating
the table is the only way to fix this error. Running REPAIR TABLE will not help either.
This file could also be used to restore any of your other xmb releated tables, though that may not be needed.
