[Hack In Progress] trading card game hack

Now I developed something like this (didn't release it though) but now I want to expand it. basically the last card hack I was only able to make members upload their cards, then everyone can view it. However, I want it so that members upload their cards, members can view it, then click on the card they like, and it would come up in their card profile. Then they can trade cards. Makes a lick of sense to you developers? The card showcase was based on the avatar showcase. Is it doable?

I'm currently developing a trading card hack, don't wait on me though with school and varous other projects I can't guarantee I will finish it. Anyway.. what my hack involves...

Staff(administrators define them) can add cards and set images for these cards. These cards are found randomly upon browsing the board.

Each member has a card gallery which you can view. Members can edit the options for each card to set the 'trade status' on. If the trade status is on members will be able to request a swop for that card through the gallery, by providing a card of their they wish to trade. The member will then need to accept or deny the request.

I only started this like an hour ago, I have no estimated completion date but I shall keep you updated.

Oh, I've signed up on Adams site because I wanted a secure job if XMB Garage was to shut down, I still thrive to provide members with support and keep the hacks coming on XMB Garage. I really hope you re-think and will allow me to continue to be a staff member of XMB Garage.

I'm sorry Jamie, as much as I'd like to and as much as I hate losing a valued staff member as yourself I will not tolerate cross-site support. XMB and XMBX have shown it doesn't work and leads to problems and bad feelings. I was appalled when I was told you had registered over there especially after all the damage that was done physically to this site in the wake of Adam's departure. Same thing for the members who have gone over there. I'm just not providing support or helping anybody anymore that's not going to help XMBG. As stated a thousand times in the last week, I just can't do it for free anymore if it's going to take up 3/4 of my life. If you're status changes you'll be more than welcome to have your status back.

Yes you can do so if you wish, at least until the subscription feature is in place. Reason being is at that time the site will no longer be available to the general public. But plain and simply put you can either provide support/dev/install and earn a little money or you can do this wherever for free. And it would definitely be a conflict of interest to be working here and getting paid for it and then being on other sites doing it for free. Then you will find your free efforts will be greatly abused as has been shown to be true here.
