That's just one of several little surprises left behind to solely interrupt the system. There were files deleted, the database was messed with that temporarily interrupted the connection between the request system and paypal. Nice guy there. I should have gone with my gut feeling about him a little more than a year ago when someone using my access on a member's site and did a bit of damage. Luckily the site admin got the IP address and it went right straight to Adam. And, of course, he denied it and I took him at his word. So let's see, liar, server tampering (now a form of terrorism under the Patriot Act since 9/11), 2 cases of gaining unauthorized access (the member's site and this site to spam all the members here), thief (circumventing the donation policy). Definitely not someone to put trust in. I wonder how many more little adam's we'll find lurking waiting to disrupt things. Sheesh I'm so tired of dealing with all this stupidity.

Thank you! I've now deleted all that tripe along with any other related threads. It's disruptive and puts me in a place I don't like going. What I do here is all I want to do and when things like this happen (like last month with xmbx) I just go ballistic. What do they think I would do when they witness what happened and then give me lipservice only to go over there and register? Do they think it wouldn't cause problems? Why would I want to keep them here? By doing that all they did was put themselves against me. Like when xmbx started demoting/deleting us (xmbg staff) we just said, Adios, Cya, Hasta laVista, Babeeee! But yet they would continue to come here, register after being banned and deleted just to cause trouble. I've got the site owner under 4 different names besides the 2 he originally had. It's like these people thrive and get their rocks off by causing trouble. And to me those are troubled people with deep issues.

I'm keeping a record of all who have stayed with xmbg and have donated so when we get the subscriptions in place I am going to clear the members table except for the ones on the list. This will get rid of all the inactive members and the riffraff. Then no one will be able to access this site without subscribing first. And Guldan's got a good start on it now so we'll be ready to basically start all over with you guys and then all new members after that.

well thats good.. because ive donated.. i think what you guys do here is awesome.. after trying to install hacks 4 times on my board i messed it up everytime and mike came to my rescue and he was EXTREMELY helpful with any questions that i had.. even stupid ones.. if you want to charge then go ahead and charge.. you guys put ALOT of work into peoples message boards and for them to [Censored] it up KNOWING that you will fix it for free is barbaric.. maybe this will stop stupid people from messing with stuff that you have fixed

so these old mods started their own service site? *rolls eyes*

im sure alot of people will stay here, because you are extremely helpful.. so many times i went to xmbxtreme and asked for help and noone had been on the site for WEEKS.. never got a reply.. here.. i get a reply within 10 minutes if that..
