Most people think of dialup as 56kb modem that is running up to 52 but most the time 36 - 48. Truth is some people have 28kb connections and slower.
So of the older cell connections are 16 - 24 so that is a good deal slower then dialup.
But you’re correct in pointing it out, as that was not the intent in which I wanted to use it. I had meant slower connections as a more generalize
statement to sum up a few faster then dialup type connections that are now considered slower connections.
eg. ShotGun Dialup, ISDN “both”, AirCards, Some Satellite’s, poor or bad DSL lines, ect.
