I have moved it to the correct forum.

I have started your request. However, I've run into a problem. I had just gotten started on the first request when all of a sudden I couldn't navigate any links on your site. I get an error message that says the site cannot be found. This is just odd because I was able to access the site and login. And I was able to get into the admin panel and backup the templates. But then when I went to run the sql query in Upgrade to start the installation of the first hack then the board went dead on me. I'll try again here in a little while and see if it clears up for me.
