Hack Installation Request Form
Please post requests only in this forum. There are separate forums for problems.
Please DO NOT make additional request for hacks in the Additional Comments area. They will be ignored. Only 3 hacks
per request.
Also DO NOT post support issues in the Additional Comments area. This is what the forums are for.
We will need the following information to be able to work on your site:
Your Username
Your Email Address
FTP Access
Hosting Access (if different from FTP Access)
Web Address to your forums.
For your own security, we strongly recommend that you change your hosting / FTP passwords. Once the hacks are complete, you can change them back.
For those who don't know, Hosting Access means the address, username, and password to cPanel or other similar hosting control panel where you have
access to phpmyadmin or another tool for modifying you database.
By submitting this form you are hereby giving XMB Garage permission to enter your server via either ftp or hosting account access, or both. XMB Garage
will not be held responsible for any damage the installed hack may cause. We have tested these hacks and can guarantee that they do indeed work as
described. You are using these hacks and modifications at your own risk. XMB Garage can only guarantee a proper installation. If you do not agree to
these conditions then please do not submit this form.
Before completing this form, please backup all your forum files and your database.
