You go to the Request List link up in the header menu. Once on the next page you pick your xmb version then select the hack you want. On that page
will be a download link.

1.9.5 hacks will not work on 1.9.7. And 1.9.7 is not supported here. It is not a good idea to use a release candidate version (RC3) in a live
production environment. You will need to obtain support for this version at the main xmb site where you might find a handful of hacks for it as well.
You should either use 1.9.5 SP1 or wait until 1.9.8 Final is release in a week or so.
