I have not received your request. This usually means either the ftp information was incorrect, or your server doesn't allow remote connections. The form has checks in it to check your ftp. If the info is correct and the form didn't go through there would have been an error message. In this case then you will need to u2u me the ftp details so that I can check it. If the info is good then you'll be placed in a by-pass list that will allow you to submit the form. Please try the form again and make extra sure that the ftp info is correct. If it fails again let me know and I'll send you a u2u that you can reply to with your ftp info.
