No, as with any upgrade you will lose all hacks since the files and templates are overwritten and hack data is removed from the database.

I keep trying to fill out the form but it never goes through. It says something about my FTP address but I'm typing it in correctly.

I am unable to connect to your ftp. Please be sure that this information is correct. I also detected that you have cpanel as well. In most case the ftp and cpanel accesses are the same. I couldn't connect to your cpanel either.
